Kisan Sammelan live webcast event held in Noney

Noney, October 05 2024: As part of the nationwide Kisan Sammelan led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Washim, Maharashtra, a live webcast event was organised by the district administration of Noney in coordination with the agriculture, fisheries, and animal husbandry & veterinary departments on Saturday.

The event took place at the conference hall of DC office in Noney and was presided over by SDO/BDO Noney Pourallung Maringmei, along with DLOs and local farmers.

The event aimed to mobilize a large number of farmers and PM-KISAN beneficiaries, and also included the release of the 18th instalment of the PM-KISAN scheme.

A similar event was also organised by ICAR-KVK in Tamenglong, where local farmers participated.
