Keikhu woman avails MLA's health scheme benefit

Imphal, June 25 2022: A 52-years old woman of Kheikhu village availed benefit under the Health Protection Mission of Kshetrigao MLA Sheikh Noorul Hassan, which was launched by sacrificing his salary and other allowances to assist in the medical treatment of patients of the assembly constituency.

After helping 12 destitute patients of the constituency in undergoing surgeries, the health mission came in handy for Tuna Rongmei of Keikhu Kabui Khul, who previously could not get treatment due to poverty.

She is presently under treatment at Hill Plus Hospital and Research Institute, Porompat Thawanthaba for jaundice with fatty liver complication.

The recovering Tuna Rongmei extended gratitude to MLA Noorul for providing financial aid in treatment of her illness.
