Imphal, May 24 2021: A Home Isolation Monitoring team to assess the conditions of Covid positive patients in home isolation in different constituencies of Imphal East has been formed, according to an office memorandum issued by Imphal East District Chief Medical Officer Dr L Indira.

As per the memorandum, MO Dr Sh Ritaz, GNM Nursing School Churachandpur principal N Tangbi and MPW S Nilachandra have been appointed as the DNO and members respectively of the team assigned for Heingang, Wangkhei, Yaiskul and Kshetrigao ACs; MO Dr Baby Washima, RIMS senior nursing officer Th Binodini and MPW Kh Rishikanta as DNO and members respectively of the team assigned for Thongju, Keirao and Andro ACs; while MO Dr Md Khursid, PHN I Chandrabala and MPW A Ingocha as DNO and members respectively of the team assigned for Khundrakpam, Lamlai and Khurai ACs.
