NPF Youth Wing appeals NNPGs to shed differences

Naga People's Front (NPF) Central Youth Wing has appealed to all Naga National Political Groups to resolve their differences and come together for a logical conclusion to the lndo-Naga Political Talks at the earliest.
This was one of the five resolutions adopted by the Central Youth Wing of the party during its 'Leadership Meet' held at State Academy Hall, Kohima on Thursday and Friday under the theme 'NPF Catalyst for Peace' .
In a statement issued by its convener Abeto Shohe and members Sentiyanger Jamir, Ruzhusie Perry, Luikang Lamak and Ledaube T Hoi, the Central Youth Wing said that the five-point resolution was unequivocally adopted by the NPF Youth Wing (Central Manipur State Unit, Divisions and A/Cs) to strengthen the party at all level.
The NPF Youth Wing also reaffirmed its support to the leadership of the Party president Dr Shurhozelie Liezietsu and NPF Legislature leader TR Zeliang, stating that it has resolved "to strengthen the Party Leadership to carry forward the Dartv leeacv of 'Peace and Development' for the Naga people".
At the same time, the Youth Wing appreciated and acknowledged the formation of United Democratic Alliance (UDA), an opposition-less government in Nagaland to facilitate the lndo-Naga Peace process and to push forward the Naga political issue to a peaceful and honourable solution.
Stating that NPF is a party, deeply rooted in the Naga society across the boundaries of Naga homeland, the NPF Yoyth Wing reiterated its commitment to work down to the grassroots level to strengthen the party and work cohesively for the up-coming Manipur State Assembly Election 2022 and Nagaland State Assembly Election 2023.The statement continued that the Youth Wing also resolved to focus more on youth empowerment activities and to work towards bringing more youths into the fold of political decision-making bodies.
Another resolution of the 'Leadership Meet' is to continue organising more such 'Youth Wing Leaders Meet' at least once every tenure of the NPF Office, it said.
