11th MKP Singh Memorial Art Exhibition begins

Imphal, February 17 2025: The five-day 11th MK Priyabarta Singh Memorial Art Exhibition jointly organised by Art Society Manipur and Manipur Cultural Integration Conference commenced from Monday at Manipur State Art Gallery, Palace Compound, here.

The inaugural function of the exhibition was attended by commissioner (Art and Culture) Mongjam Joy as the chief guest and Art Society Manipur vice president Ksh Jugindro as the functional president.

During the function, the 11th Maharaj Kumar Priyabarta Singh Memorial Art Award-2025 was presented to Yumnam Sapha Wangam Apanthoi M, while the Honourable Mention Award was handed over to Meitram Boicha.

In all, 47 artworks by 31 different artists are being showcased at the exhibition.
