Babina Group launches Paamel Foundation

Imphal, January 15 2022: Paamel Foundation sponsored by Babina Group of Companies was launched at The Classic Hotel, North AOC here on Saturday.

Speaking on the occasion, Babina Group of Companies managing director Dr lh Dhab-ali informed that Paamel Foundation has been established by the Company to support weaker sections of the society and help them live a decent life.

He recalled that Babina Healthcare and Hospitality Industries was formed in 2007 after which the 3-star The Classic Hotel was set up in 2009 and the 4-star hotel Classic Grande in 2015.Classic Group also opened the Classic Hospitality Training Institute offering diploma and certificate in hospitality courses along with successfully running Hotel Imphal and Sendra Resort under PPP model.

Dr Dhabali also mentioned that under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, Babina Group has organised numerous health camps, free cervical cancer screenings, Hep C/B, HIV screenings and sponsored social and cultural events along with promoting environmental awareness, games and sports.

The state's first cancer speciality hospital Babina Oncology and Speciality Hospital at Khabeisoi is one of the latest initiatives of the Babina Group, he added.

Dr Th Dhabali hoped that Paamel Foundation will fulfil the long-pending dreams of Babina Group.
