Employment career guidance prog conducted

Senapati, February 12 2025:
Emporium Skills Training Institute in association with Senapati district administration organised employment career guidance programme at the multipurpose hall, Senapati district headquarters on Wednesday.
Around 60 youths from different schools and colleges, and educated unemployed youths of the district including students from Emporium Skills Training Institute, Mount Everest College, Senapati branch took part at the programme.
The programme was attended by Senapati ADM Rang David along with other officials of the district administration.

Emporium Skills Training Institute operations manager Anirban Mukherjee made a brief presentation and interacted with the participants regarding career and employment opportunities in the field of aviation and hospitality sectors in India and overseas.
Students were also briefed about getting direct recruitment opportunities in 22 countries around the world.
He assured of employment visas for selected candidates who possess Indian passport, successfully complete a 60-day training programme and pass the upcoming overseas interviews, which will be conducted in Senapati.
The 60-day training will be organised by the institute at its branch at Mount Everest College, specifically for candidates of Senapati district, he assured.
Anirban also advised all concerned to be wary of fraudulent offers from third-party agencies operating in the country.
These agencies often deceive candidates by promising overseas jobs and charging excessively high fees that violate labour laws and overseas recruitment guidelines, he explained.
Emporium Skills Training Institute has been skilling and recruiting students for the past 20 years from the north eastern region, he informed adding that candidates are also invited for the upcoming campus recruitment drives which will be organised by Emporium Skills Training Institute.
On February 18, executives of The Oberoi Hotels, Mumbai, will be visiting Manipur for the first time, and conduct interviews at the Emporium Skills Training Institute, Imphal.
The interview will be free of charge and open to all.
Additionally, on February 25, the institute will host a campus recruitment drive in collaboration with India's largest airline, for female candidates applying for the position of cabin crew.
Female candidates interested in becoming cabin crew members are encouraged to seize this golden opportunity to get hired, he added.
