Deputy Chief Minister (in-charge of Finance) Y Joykumar Singh laid the Manipur Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (Third Amendment) Ordinance, 2021 on the Table of the House which was promulgated by the State Governor on June 30, 2021 while Th Satyabrata Singh, (in-charge of Law & Legislative Affairs, Labour & Employment) laid the Manipur (Courts) (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2021 and The Manipur Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Ordinance, 2021 which were promulgated by the Governor on August 2 and June 29, 2021 respectively.

Presentation of committee report
Leader of the House Chief Minister N Biren Singh presented the sixteenth report of the Business Advisory Committee, 2021 and also moved the motion for allocation of time proposed by the Committee which was adopted by the House.
K Robindro Singh, Chairman of the Committee on Privileges and Ethics Manipur Legislative Assembly presented the 35th report of the Committee while, Th Radheshyam Singh, Chairman of the Committee on Government Assurances Manipur Legislative Assembly presented the 19th report of Committee.
