CTU, Edneed tie up with TSE owner to give free IAS coaching classes

Imphal, October 06 2021: To address the needs of underprivileged IAS aspirants from Manipur, CT University, Punjab and Edneed.com are associating with The Sangai Express owner Nishikant Singh Sapam to launch a free online IAS coaching in the State.

They also announced a free website creation for schools in Manipur and scholarship programme amounting to Rs 10 crore for students from North East India aspiring to pursue further studies at CT University.

Speaking to the media at Hotel Sangai Continental at MG Avenue, Nishikant said that the programme has nothing to do with the Government and it purely is a philanthropic endeavour.

Saying that lakhs of rupees are needed to attend IAS coaching classes at institutes, he said that the programme is a blessing in disguise for the honest IAS aspirants from the State.

He then appealed to the students of Manipur to grab the opportunity and attend the classes.

Managing Director of CT University Manbir Singh said that the varsity would like to provide the opportunity to the maximum number of youths of Manipur.

Regarding the scholarship programme, he said that it was introduced for the economically backward students under corporate social responsibility as education is vital to make society a better place.

The varsity collaborated with Nishikant to reach out to as many youths as possible from the hill areas of Manipur regarding the free coaching, he added.

Manbir further stated that interested aspirants who have completed graduation and are between the age of 18 and 31 years can apply for the free coaching classes by going through the webpage of the CT University.

All the study materials will be dispatched through the e-mail of the students, he said, adding that the only cost to be borne by the students is 1gb data pack per day for a three hour class.
