Thoubal, December 30 2024: A dance-drama production titled "Secret Origin", presented by Academy of Performing Arts (APA), Thoubal Wangmataba Sorok Makha, was showcased at Naran Enat Pukkei, Thoubal Wangmataba, on Monday.

The production was supported by Cultural Function and Production Grants Scheme of the Ministry of Culture.

The inaugural function was attended by Padmashri and Sangeet Natak Akademi awardee K Sanathoiba Sharma, who is also the director of Huyen Lallong Manipur Thang-Ta Cultural Association, Irilbung and APA president Y Sarat Meitei, who is also the Dr BR Ambedkar National Awardee as chief guest and president respectively.

The play was performed by 10 female artistes and 16 male artistes of APA along with 12 artistes of the Production Team.
