'Health for future' journal released

As a part of its campaign against abuse of drugs and liquor, Coalition Against Drugs & Alcohol (CADA) has released its quarterly journal titled 'Health for Future' with an aim to educate the people on the harmful effects of using intoxicants.
The journal releasing function held at the conference hall of CADA's head office, Palace Gate on Tuesday was attended by CADA president Hijam Priyokumar, vice presidents Ningthoujam Doren and Dipanjit Ningthoujam as the presidium members, according to a statement issued by CADA secretary information and publicity Khundongbam Anand.
Speaking at the function, CADA secretary general Geetchandra Mangang highlighted that CADA has been conducting awareness campaign to thoroughly make the people aware about the harmful effects of drugs and liquor since its inception.
He further highlighted the activities taken up by CADA against substance abuse, the statement conveyed.
