Demonstration held on making soya milk

Imphal, October 14 2024: DM College of Teacher Education (DMCTE), Internal Quality Assurance Cell (1QAC) and College of Agriculture of Central Agricultural University, Imphal jointly conducted demonstration cum interaction programme on making soya milk, tofu and cottage cheese at the jubilee hall of DMCTE on Monday.

Principal of the host college Dr RK Lokendra, vice principal Dr Konica Khuraijam, IQAC coordinator Dr A Dhaneshwari and faculty member Khuraijam Dineshkumar attended the programme alongside teachers, trainees and non-teaching staff ofthe college.

As the resource person, College of Agriculture's food scientist Dr L Sophiya presented hands-on demonstration of making the aforementioned products and interacted with the participants as well.
