Money, medical items donated to CM CRF

Imphal, August 28 2021:
Care for Manipur (CFM) and Federation of College Teachers' Association (FEGOCTA), Manipur donated medical items and cash respectively to the Chief Minister's Covid-19 Relief Fund on Saturday.
In a statement, CFM informed that in continuation of its service and purpose of providing aid for the people of Manipur, it donated medical items worth around Rs 15 lakh to the Chief Minister's Covid-19 Relief Fund for use in ICUs of the nine district hospitals of Bishnupur, Chandel, Churachandpur, Senapati, Thoubal, Ukhrul, Tamenglong and Sub District Hospitals of Moreh & Jiribam.
The donated medical items include 18 multi-parameter monitors, nine each suction pump, infusion syringe pump, glucometers and nebulisers, and 180 NRBM masks.
CFM started as a group of individuals from diverse communities, professions and geographies, who care for Manipur, coming together to provide aid for Covid relief, and is supported by Rotary Club of Imphal, Manipur Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MCCI), Knowledge Exchange Network (KEN) Manipur - Boston, Rotary Club of Polo City Imphal.
CFM has so far donated 30 D-Type Oxygen cylinders to the CM CRF.
On the other hand, FEGOCTA donated an undisclosed amount to the CM CRF on Saturday.
In a statement, FEGOCTA thanked principals and teachers of Tamenglong College, NG College, YK College and FEGOCTA members for their contribution.
