Imphal, December 22 2024: A five-day Thang-Ta Festival organised by Imphal West District Thang-Ta Association, Wangoi Makha Leikai with support from ministry of culture from December 18 concluded at Thang-Ta Shanglen, Yumnam Huidrom on Sunday.

In a release, association's secretary L Chandramani informed that the closing function of the festival was attended by Huyel Langlon Thang-Ta Association, Manipur president Huidrom Premkumar Singh as chief guest and Imphal West District Thang-Ta Association president Thounaojam Priyokumar Singh as president, while Huyel Langlon Thang-Ta Association, Manipur secretary Heikrujam Cha Babu and Thoubal District Thang-Ta Association secretary S Tiken Singh were guests of honour.

The event was participated by 105 students and instructors of eight Thang-Ta institutes, it added.
