MLA Shyam's case to hear from Nov 20

Imphal, November 15 2014 : The Speaker's tribunal to hear the disqualification case of LJP legislator Karam Shyam from November 20, but the tribunal continued hearing in the case of Manipur Trinamool president Th Shyamkumar whose disqualification has been sought by four party MLAs.

Hearing in MLA Karam Shyam's case which attracts disqualification will begin on November 20 in the tribunal of Speaker Th Lokeshore who continued the hearing of MLA Th Shyamkumar's case on Saturday, sources said.

K Sharatchandra Sharma, Kh Vimal Singh and N Momon Meitei have accused Karam Shyam of indulging in anti-party activities and petitioned the Speaker's tribunal to disqualify him from MLAship.

On the other hand, four state Trinamool MLAs, Th Bishorjit, K Sarat, Kh Joykishan and O Lukhoi have approached the Speaker's tribunal petitioning him to disqualify party MLA Th Shyamkumar under the 10th Schedule.
