Kakching MLA inaugurates paver block road

Kakching, September 15 2024:
Kakching MLA Mayanglambam Rameshwar inaugurated the paver block road from CESCA Club, Kakching Khongnang Mari Phangba to Narsing Mandir on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA M Rameshwar informed that the road constructed using paver blocks is of 18 feet span, which is wider than the usual 14 feet width of other roads as it is an important main road.
Asserting his stance against challenge to integrity of Manipur, the MLA emphasised that he opposes granting of separate administration to Kukis, extension of SoO agreement with Kuki militants and demanded imple mentation of NRC and deportation of illegal immigrants who entered the state after 1961 .
Rameshwar further stressed that though people think that the ongoing conflict has not been resolved even after 16 months, they must see that the state government led by chief minister N Biren Singh has ensured that the state's integrity is not disturbed; demand of separate administration has not been granted; SoO agreement has not extended since February 29, 2023; and removal of 22 and 9 Assam Rifles started as per the wish of the public.
He also said that though the turmoil in the state has going on for a long time, but he believes that peace will be restored.
