MSPC asks pharmacy student aspirants to register

Manipur State Pharmacy Council (MSPC) has notified all concerned that students of Manipur and guardians, who are interested in undergoing Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor in Pharmacy Course in any of the private institutions and universities in the state and the outside other than government nominated students to make prior registration for 'Education Pursuant Certificate' to the Council in the prescribed format mentioning the name of their institutions and universities.
In a notification, MSPC registrar Soubam Brajakeshor Singh informed that the complying with the registration process is essential in ensuring quality education in pharmacy course and to protect the students passing Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor in Pharmacy Course from any kind of fraud and unrecognised institutions.
Those students who fail to comply with the said provision are not allowed to register as registered pharmacist with the MSPC even after completion of their Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor in Pharmacy Course as private candidates with immediate effect and until further notification, it cautioned.
