When lots of people speak about their rights and fight for their rights, the young and energetic riders of the district are taking the responsibility of raising awareness about saving the earth, the SP said and expressed hope that the young community would also help in preventing crime in the district.
M Pradip also highlighted the need to take care of saplings post plantation at various places of the district and urged the young community to nurture the planted saplings even in future.

He also urged all to follow such steps and educate others about the human impact on the environment.
D John Sha, DFO Senapati Forest Division, stated that the earth is very delicate and complex unless one takes care of the planet.
He encouraged young and old to participate in plantation, pointing out that tree plantation is important for fighting climate change and global warming and the only contribution one can make is through plantation.
Planting trees acts as a shelter belt in order to increase the productivity of agricultural crop, increases soil fertility, control soil erosions and trees give fresh air and good quality water, the DFO added.
The district superintendent of police, M Pradip Singh flagged off the ride.
