IPSA Thoubal celebrates foundation day

Thoubal, January 31 2022:
The Thoubal branch of International Peace and Social Advancement (IPSA) celebrated its 15th foundation day at Senior Citizen Home, Wangbal along with organising a free health check-up camp on Monday.
The celebration was attended by IPSA president T Birjit, Thoubal branch president Bishwajit Akoijam, IPSA HQ vice president Akoijam Sanjoy Meetei, general secretary Wairokpam Guneshor, District Health Society, Thoubal DPM Ch Basanta and IRDEO Wangbal project director (Admin) S Budha Meetei as presidium members.
Health examination of the senior citizens staying in the home was conducted and required medicines distributed free of cost.
Speaking on the occasion, T Birjit informed that IPSA along with like-minded organisations have been taking up several initiatives for the welfare of the state and its people.
The organisation has also been working to promote unity and integrity among the hill and valley people and also helping the Underprivileged communities, he informed, while assuring of continuing its activities for the people.
