MLA attends jubilee celebration of youth body

Thoubal, December 22 2024: The golden jubilee celebration of Bishnunaha Youth Federation, Yairipok (BYFY) was held at the local playground on Sunday with Wangkhem MLA Keisham Meghachandra as chief guest, BYFY president Ananda Laishram as functional president and Memorial Model Academy, Yairipok founder Loitongbam Ronel and local elders as guests of honour.

As a part of the event, MLA Meghachandra hoisted the BYFY flag, followed by presentation of citations and stoles to former presidents and secretaries and felicitation of Thangjam Somor jit alias Boboy.

A Thang-Ta performance was also presented by artistes of Association for Paona Memorial Arts and Rural Development Services.
