Imphal, April 08 2015 :
The issue at fore is the uncompromising stand of NSCN/GPRN on Naga sovereignty, unilateral abrogation of ceasefire with India, the betrayal of NSCN/GPRN by Wangtin and his consequent expulsion from NSCN/GPRN.
The ceasefire abrogation and expulsion of Wangtin were invoked to salvage Naga struggle from being decimated by a collusion of forces from within and without.
Wangtin has for the last four years has been consorting with Indian Intelligence Bureau and Home Ministry charting out various plan of action to emasculate the NSCN/GPRN from within and to force political and military capitulation.
Being fully aware of his designs and connections with external inimical forces NSCN never took Wangtin into confidence on any crucial decision making process and despite being the supervisor of CFSB he was not formally consulted on the momentous decision to abrogate ceasefire lest his master handlers attempt pre-emptive destructions.
Having kept at bay for several years without access to any confidential proceedings the annulment of ceasefire must have been appeared abrupt and shocking considering his ever fascination for showbiz style of self characterization.
The sudden turn of events and his ignorance about the developments must have galvanised to form his own band with full stewardship and sponsorship by Indian Army Commander, Intelligence Bureau and Home Ministry.
It is not without reason or evidence that Wangtin is identified popularly as hypocrite and conman.
Wangtin's claim of not having demanded or taken anything from anyone during his service in NSCN/GPRN is the biggest lie since there is evidence.
Some are: Wangtin received Rs.5 crore from a candidate during the last election, Rs.1 crore from two lane work project, Rs.50 lakh sanctioned by government of India against destruction of Vihokhu designated camp, Rs.20 lakh from an office in Kohima, etc.
and he was not the finance kionser.
More such cases shall be publicised if so demanded.
The NSCN/GPRN feels obligated to elucidate before the Nagas that it is neither anti-peace nor averse to reconciliation or peaceful solution, likewise shall not meddle in the affairs of any other political groups so long the NSCN/GPRN's effort are not hindered or interfered with.
However, we will assert and fight for sovereignty and PAN-Naga nationhood at the cost of our lives.
Those who are refusing to share the Nagas' cherished dream are asked to step aside and pave way for committed workers to carry on the struggle till the last, no matter how long it takes.
Every sane, able and freedom adoring Nagas are asked to come forward, join hands and fight in unity until the occupational authority is overthrown and our birthright is restored.
