Imphal, December 22 2021:
BJP National spokesperson and Manipur in-charge Sambit Patra has maintained that Manipur will become 'Land of Gems' if BJP were to ruled the state for few more terms.
He made the statement while launching the 'Eigi Emung, BJP gi Emung' campaign organised by BJP Manipur Pradesh at the residence of general secretary T Premananda at Naharup Mamang Leikai on Wednesday.
Sambit said that the party will contest the upcoming elections with the trust of the people and its power of performance over the years, while Congress is likely to contest with muscle and money power.
The party has been providing cooking gas to women, honorarium to ASHA and Anganwadi workers, in addition to ensuring maintenance of law and order in the state.
People are no longer afraid of stepping out of their homes and fake encounters/extra-judicial killings are non-existent in the state.
Furthermore, people have now access to safe drinking water.
As such, if the BJP government were to continue in the state for few more terms, Manipur will truly become a "Land of Gems", instead of filling the pocket of the Gandhi family and their Congress cronies, he remarked.

It is only under the PM Modi-led government that a political party's governance reports are being delivered to the people right at their doorsteps, something which no other political party has been able to do, he asserted.

Thus, she urged the people for helping BJP to win over 40 seats in the upcoming to ensure the continuance of a working government.
