Imphal, March 19 2015: A closing ceremony of the three months' campaign of Prime Minister's 'Jan Dhan Yojna' (PMJDY) 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan' (SBA) and 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' (BBBP) conducted by the Directorate of Field Publicity (DFP) Nagaland & Manipur Region, was held on Thursday at the conference hall of Tribal Research Institute, Chingmeirong.

The campaign was conducted from December 2014 to March 2015 at four districts of Nagaland and Manipur.

The Chief Guest of the programme I Hemochandra, Minister, PHED; Labuor & Employment, said that the success of these schemes lie in the co-ordination between the government and the people and each one needs to act accountably.

Adding on, Director DFP (N&M) region, Dr Engam Pame claimed that the campaign succeeded in bringing awareness of the schemes and its implementation in 60 villages.
