Kayina: First from amongst Mao folks to crack CA exam

Senapati, July 18 2022: 28 years old A Losii Kayina Mao of Song Song village has cleared the ICAI (Chartered Accountant) examination 2022 becoming the first from the Mao community to clear the exam.

A Losii Kayina Mao is the son of M Adahe Mao and Riamjenlui Mao.

Losii Kayina is amongst only two from the State to clear the said examination this year.

Ksh Guneshwori of Keishampat Thokchom Leikai, Imphal West also cleared the ICAI examination 2022 .

Losii is the first person from among the Mao community to clear the CA final exams which is considered as one of the toughest exams in India.

His younger brother Kaikho Kayina is also preparing for a similar exam while his father, a Govt employee, will retire this month.

Losii had been preparing for the CA exams since 2019 after graduating from college.

Lauding the achievement, Mao A/C MLA Losii Dikho congratulated the success of Losii Kayina.

The MLA wished him the best in all his future endeavors in service of the people.

The Mao Student's Union, Mao Youth & Students' Organization, Imphal, Chakre Chovow Union and Mao Taphou Village Authority also congratulated Losii.
