Repairing of Tamenglong town road finalised

Tamenglong, November 16 2021: Traders' Association, Tamenglong (TAT) and Shivalay engineer Rikha Nanghabhushan Reddy met on Tuesday and agreed to repair the stretch of Tamenglong town road from IB Bazar to C Centre (old Tamenglong) within this November.

Construction Company Shivalay assured to repair the stretch of HQ by mending the potholes.

As Christmas season is approaching, the movement of heavy vehicles will be limited from 6 pm to 6 am so as to avoid unwanted accidents.

Shivalay Company engineer Reddy also assured of constructing retaining wall near Town Baptist Church at the earliest.

TAT vice-president TP Pantithan welcomed the Shivalay Company's decision to extend help to the public of Tamenglong.

In the meantime, he appealed to the locals, particularly the residents along both sides of the road, to cooperate in the interest of the general public, while offering TAT's help to the Shivalay Company in whatever way possible.
