Imphal, September 14 2024: ATM booths in different parts of the valley districts were out of cash and long queues could be seen in front of ATMs with cash due to curfew being imposed in Imphal West and Imphal East districts for last three days.

However, this issue may die down soon as around 100 ATMs have been stocked up with cash oh Saturday afternoon.

According to sources from SBI, ATMs were not stocked up for past few days due to problem in transportation caused by the curfew.

However, three teams have been visiting around 100 ATMs to stock them up from 2 pm onwards of Saturday.

Hence, the problems faced by the public in withdrawing their money will somewhat ease up in the coming days.
