Tengnoupal, October 13 2018: Robert Gaverick, Minister Counselor, Geoffrey Wessel Trade and Connectivity Officer and Sourabh Sen, Global Affairs Advisor ofUS A Embassy Delhi paid a visit at Moreh today and inspected the condition of immigration and customs offices at passenger terminal building and construction work of warehouse build as part of Integrated Check Post (ICP).

The visitors also assessed the condition of Indo-Myanmar Friendship Bridge.

RK Shivachandra, Convenor Operationalization of Act East Policy, Govt of Manipur; H Bijen Singh, Gen Secy Imphal Mandalay via Moreh Transporters Union; Dr S Ibomcha SP Tengnoupal; and CO 11 AR RS Rawat also accompanied the survey team.

A meeting was held later at the meeting hall of Hotel Elora, Moreh while various leaders of different organization of Moreh and representatives of various Chambers of Commerce, Moreh, SDC H Romio, Moreh police, top officials and officers of 11 AR attended the meeting.
