Kakching, July 05 2014 : The 17th Smt.

Likmabam Radhe Devi Award was presented during a function held at Lamding Model High School here yesterday.

During the award distribution function, Sagolshem Budhi Singh, Member of Zilla Parishad member of 10-Langathel and Thoubal police Additional SP (ops) Dr..SIbomcha Singh attended as chief guest and president respectively, while N.Babulin Singh, founder secretary cum principal of Slopeland Public School Khongjom took part as guest of honour.

Khangemba Nongthangleima Devi, who got 13th position, Kshetrimayum Rushikanta Singh and Yengkhom Robindro Singh who secured 14th positions, and Devash Naorem who got 19th position in the HSLC examination 2014 conducted by BSEM were awarded cash prizes and citations on the occasion.

Romance Singh and A.Ajoykumar Singh of Lamding area, who were selected in the All India Pre-Medical Test in 59th and 74th position, were also felicitated with presents during the function.
