Imphal, December 31 2019: The 15 days Nat Sankirtan workshop, organised jointly by Sangeet Natak Academi, New Delhi, Jawaharlal Nehru Manipur Dance Academy Imphal and Assam Manipuri Sahitya Parishad Hailakandi District Committee is going on at Laishram Khun, Jaribon.

The workshop which kicked off on December 29 will continue till January 12.The inaugural function of the workshop was attended by an elder of the locality Th Maniraja as the chief guest while another elder A Gouranitai Sharma, Guru Iron Sanathoi (Music), Guru Soram Sobha (Pung) and Guru Chingangbam Ibocha also attended.

The workshop, on the third day, was organised at Konjeng Leikai Harimandop, Cachar Lakhipur, by Shri Bhagyachandra Manipuri Dance Academy Lakhipur under the aegis of JNMDA.
