All Manipur College Teachers' Association (AMCTA) has said on Monday it condemns the State Government for failing to translate its promise into action.

It said AMCTA is all set to take part in the proposed country wide one-day strike to be launched under the banner of AIFUCTO on August 21 .
It warned the state Government the association might resume its strike if its trust and confidence is breached further by the Chief Minister and the Education Minister.
It would be a right policy of the Government to fulfill all demands of the association at an earliest, the statement demanded.
