CRPF hands over tin sheets

Imphal, March 18 2021: 143 Battalion CRPF handed over tin sheets to the management committee for renovation of community hall, Motbung under Civic Action Programme at Motbung village in Kangpokpi district today.

Randeep Datta, IGP, Manipur and Nagaland Sector CRPF distributed the tin sheets in the presence of Lamkhokam Lhoujem, commandant, 143 Battalion CRPF; M Santosh, deputy commandant, 143 Battalion CRPF; Negnou, chairperson, Old Age Home, Motbung and Lettinlal, pastor, Thadou Baptist Association, said a statement issued by 143 Battalion CRPF today.

Randeep Datta expressed happiness on getting the opportunity to fulfil the long withstanding need of the local people and said under the CAP, 143 Battalion has been trying to address the needs and requirements of the locals and added that CRPF will continue to serve the people of Manipur by carrying out such humanitarian activities, added the statement.

The renovation committee member expressed gratitude towards CRPF for extending assistance and other activities under the CAP, added the statement.
