KYA felicitates meritorious students of Champhai

Kangpokpi, July 16 2018: The 2nd Felicitation cum Career Counselling programme for meritorious students of Keithelmanbi area in Champhai sub-di vision who have excelled in the HSLCE and HSE under various boards including BOSEM, COHSEM and CBSE was held at Community Hall, Keithelmanbi Military Colony.

The annually function organised by Keithelmanbi Youth Association to appreciate and motivate the successful students of Keithelmanbi was attended by BP Vikas Basnet, executive member, ADC Sadar Hills, Chunglenmang Kipgen, MCS, SDO Champhai and Maj Subrata Debbarma, 38 Assam Rifles as presidium members.

Chongneithem Kipgen, Squadron Leader, Indian Air Force and Seitinmang Guite, Research Scholar, Manipur University attended as resource persons while representatives of KSO Sadar Hills, TSA Sadar Hills and All Manipur Gorkha Students' Union attended as special invitees.

More than 250 students from various educational institutions in Keithelmanbi attended the programme in which Pastor Jangngam Singsit, BBBC Keithelmanbi administered blessing.

Vumgoulen Kipgen, Vahdeikim Singsit and Lhingminchong Lhouvum bagged Letpao Chongloi, Konhol Haokip and Lamthang Singsit Memorial Meritorious Award.

Hemang Singsit, Principal, Ngaimel Children School, Keithelmanbi and Paogoulun Chongloi, president, KYA encouraged the students.
