Imphal, November 14 2013: A two-month long training programme on Food Processing being organized by RAMA Foundation, Nagamapal in collaboration with NYK, Imphal commenced from November 10 at Khonghampat Awang Leikai.

The inaugural function was attended by Y Muhindro Singh, Pradhan of Khonghampat Gram Panchayat as Chief Guest; Sahib Singh, Zonal Director of NYK Imphal as President; Laishram Madhor Singh, Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Department and Y Laksham Singh, District Youth Coordinator as Guests of Honour.

Around 33 trainees are taking part in the training.

Also, a two-month training programme on Mushroom Cultivation being organized by RAMA Foundation in hand with JUGA and NYK Imphal began from today at Mayang Imphal Konchak Awang Leikai, Ward No 1 with Sanajaoba Singh, accountant of NYK; Soram Rahendrakumar Singh, managing director of RAMA Foundation and N Gunindro Singh, president of JUGA attending as Chief Guest, President and Guest of Honour respectively.
