Imphal, September 14 2015: Apunba Ireipakki Maheiroi Singpanglup (AIMS) is organizing a 'spot painting and story-telling competition' on September 27 at 8.30 at Iboyaima Sumang Leela Sanglen, Palace Compound.

The competition, a part of the 119th birth anniversary observation of Hijam Irabot, will be held in two categories and it will based on the theme of the life of late comrade, said a release issued by AIMS.

The first category will be for students from class V to VIII and students from class IX to XII can participate in the second category of story-telling competition.

The winner in both the categories will be awarded a cash prize of Rs 5000 and Rs 3000 to the first runner up while Rs 500 will be given to five students each from the two categories as consolation prizes.

Interested students can take forms from AIMS Head Office, Kwakeithel bazaar, near Kwakeithel Girls High School and can submit them on or before September 23 .
