Chief Minister N Biren Singh has extended best wishes to the students who are appearing the Class X and XII examinations conducted by BOSEM, COHSEM and CBSE.
He conveyed that no matter how crucial and important these examinations are in shaping one's career, it is for the parents and teachers to facilitate and ensure that the students are not stressed out.
These examinations should be seen as just another stepping stone amongst many others that one will face in life and these examinations are just one step of a long ladder which the students have to climb to achieve their dreams and ambitions, the CM said.
"We must all realise that in each one of us, there could be a scientist, an engineer, a bureaucrat, a doctor, an artist, a teacher, an entrepreneur and so on.
Life provides us many opportunities to identify the hidden talents in us.
Beyond Class X and XII examinations, there will be many more opportunities," he conveyed.
The CM further stressed that at this critical phase, the parents and the teachers must guide the students so that they meet the challenges posed by the examinations with calmness of mind, and once again wished all the students to perform well in the examinations and come out with flying colours.
Education Minister Th Radheshyam also wished the students of the State who are appearing in the Class X and XII examinations.
Wishing the students to come out with flying colours, the Minister also appealed to all the stakeholders to cooperate in ensuring fair and smooth conduct of the examinations.
