Patriotic stories invited for awards

Imphal, August 08 2015 : Patriotic Writers Forum, Manipur (PWFM) is inviting stories based on patriotism from story writers of the State for the Pacha Meetei Literary Award, R Kathing Tangkhul Literary Award and Dr Saroj Nalini Literary Award 2015.The stories must be unpublished ones.

Secretary of PWFM in a release said that three copies of each story should be submitted with full bio-data along with passport photographs of the applicants.

The stories can be submitted to the Forum's office at New Checkon, Singh Publicity or IPAK OFFSET PRESS at Keishamthong Hodam Leirak (Tiddim Road) on or before August 14, 2015.Further details could be had at 09862100658, informed the secretary.

Meanwhile, condemning the brutal killing of Sapam Robinhood by the State Police, the Forum also shared the sorrow of the bereaved family of Robinhood and those who were injured during the ongoing movement.

Assuring support to the mass movement till the end, the release said that it will be a good step for the State Govt if it implements the Inner Line Permit System in Manipur without any delay.
