Imphal, February 03 2018: Deputy Chief Minister Yumnam Joykumar Singh along with Education Minister Thokchom Radheshyam today inspected two schools � Langol Ningthou Primary School and Wangdei Primary School located at Langol in Imphal West.

They inspected the infrastructure development works being undertaken by the Government.

Wangdei Primary School at Langol in Imphal West is constructed under Sarva Siksha Abhiyan (SSA) .

Deputy Chief Minister Yumnam Joykumar laid the foundation stone of the school on April 20 last year.

The Ministers also visited Langol Ningthou Primary School.

Education Minister Th Radheshyam said that it is also the responsibility of the localities and the school managing committee to take care of the school as their own property and ensure that quality education is imparted to the children of Langol area.

The Ministers also assured the people that all possible help will be extended from their side to improve the infrastructure of the school.

The ZEOs concerned accompanied the Ministers.
