Imphal, March 29 2012: The proscribed UG group Revolutionary People's Front (RPF) has clarified that one O Ibocha son of late Babutombi of Borbil Cachar who was claimed to have been arrested from Phulerthal in a statement by PIB (Defence Wing) was not a member of the organisation nor does he have any relation with the RPF or its armed wing PLA.

In a statement, the proscribed outfit asserted that it has become an old habit of the security forces to arrest innocent civilians and then dubbed them as cadres of some underground organisations.
