Imphal, January 20 2020: Sirti Thiimjiitam Sourkhe (Monsang Naga Student's Union) appealed the general public of Chandel not to organise any kind of entertainment programme within the jurisdiction of Monsang tribe villages till the completion of Class X and XII examinations 2020 .

The union also imposed a student curfew from 6 pm with effect from January 2020 till the till the completion of the said examinations within the jurisdiction of Monsang areas, said a statement of the union.

Urging all students not to use any kind of unfair means in the examination, the union extended warm wishes to all the appearing students from Chandel a very best of luck.

All Kakching Students' Union (AKSU) also appealed the public of Kakching District to refrain form organising entertainment programmes from January 25 in the district in view of the upcoming Class X and XII examinations.
