Bishnupur, July 16 2022: Manipur Motors (MM) conducted a Loan Mela, Demonstration and Customers' Meet for loan availability of Bajaj Auto Rickshaw through Punjab National Bank (PNB) at Kiyamba Ningshing Shanglen on Saturday.

The programme was attended by PNB Imphal Circle AGM and circle head Manish Debbarma, chief manager (Business) Steven Aimol, MM general manager HC Jain, Bishnupur Awang Association president Ajit Khangembam along with executive member and Bajaj Auto Ltd certified service technician Tomba as the presidium members.

Speaking at the event, AGM Manish informed that bank is not just for rich and powerful people but also for farmers and daily wage earners to save their hard-earned money and to avail Joans so as to develop their respective trades.

In relation to this, PNB is providing loans for owning auto rickshaw to educated unemployed youth, so that they can earn decent income, he added.

On the other hand, MM GM HC Jain informed that people can a buy an auto rickshaw on loan by paying a down payment of Rs 38,000 and later payback the loan through EMI on monthly basis.

He further urged the unemployed youth to avail the loan provided by PNB and become self-employed.

The function was also attended by several youth of the district as well as auto rickshaw owners and members of auto rickshaw associations.
