Imphal, March 14 2018: The All Naga Students' Association, Manipur (ANSAM) held its general election at their newly constructed secretariat complex at Senapati in the presense of Naga Students' Federation and All Tribal Students' Union, Manipur (ATSUM) and unanimously elected their new office bearers for the term 2018-2020.In the executive council, Joseph Adani will hold the post of president and Dominic Ajuna, AC Thotso, Thomas Leivon, and Jonah Thaimei have been elected to the posts of vice-president, general secretary, finance secretary and assistant general secretary respectively while Pungdi P has been elected to the post of speaker.

The election was conducted under the supervision ofNgachonmi Chamroy as chief election commissioner, Majabung Gangmei as returning officer and Andria Sinruwng as polling officer, as per a statement releasedby ANSAM.
