Workshop on "NAAC Assessment and Accreditation: An overview" begins

Two days workshop on "NAAC Assessment and Accreditation: An overview", organised by Aggarwal College Ballabgarh, in association with Kumbi college and Mangolnganbi college as the mentee institution, began today at Kumbi college, Bishnupur district.
The programme organised under the UGC scheme PARAMARSH, was attended by Manipur University Registrar W Chandbabu; ex-Minister N Mangi Singh; Kumbi College Principal K Jugeshore; Mangolnganbi College Principal, RK Birjit Singh; Aggarwal College Ballabgarh, Dr Krishan Kant; PARAMARSH coordinator, Dr Manoj Sukla; Accreditation Ambassador Aggarwal College, Dr SK Chakarvarti and Aggarwal College's Dr Narcsh Kamra as the presidium members.
As a part of the programme, a technical session was conducted, where Dr SK Chakarvarti; Associate Professor GP Women College, Dr N Sanjoy Singh and Dr Manoj Sukla delivered lectures on "Attainment and Mapping of Outcomes, IT Intervention for NAAC Accreditation and Quality Improvement" .
Addressing the programme, Dr Krishan Kant highlighted the various criteria necessary to be accredited A++ Grade under the NAAC Assessment and Accreditation norms as specified by the UGC.
W Chandbabu expressed his appreciation to the visiting officials of Aggarwal College for sharing their knowledge and enlightening the gathering on the basic guidelines of the UGC.
