Imphal, February 10 2020: In view of the observation of National Deworming Day across the country with an objective to deworm all preschool and school age children, Shija Hospitals also observed the day by distributing deworming tablets along with Vitamin Atablets for free to children between 1-19 years of age.

Dedicated staff and students of Shija Academy of Nursing assisted in the programme, which was held at Shija Hospitals Langol, Shija ENT Hospital Lamphel, Sanakeithel, Shija City Dental Hospital - Sega Road, Bryan's Medicals Uripok, Bridge Pharmacy ISBT and Healing Life Pharmacy Khumbong.

Albendazole tablets along with Vitamin A tablets were distributed to more than 760 children during the said observation.
