Return of BJP Govt imminent: GS Haupu

A newly constructed Primary Health Centre (PHC) has been inaugurated in Zezaw village by Singn-gat MLA and MANIREDA & MTDC chairman GS Haupu as chief guest on Wednesday.
The inaugural function was also attended by Churachandpur DC Pawan Yadav, CMO Dr VC Pau, SDO Singngat Jameson Hangshing and Zezaw village chief TK Hang besides others.
The chief guest during his speech advised the gathering to register for CMHT and said that he has been trying his best for the people of the areas so that they get access to healthcare facilities provided by the government.
The MLA said that Singngat to Behiang road, which has badly deteriorated, would be repaired by BRO as soon as possible while highlighting the steps he has initiated for ensuring provision of electricity to people in the border areas like Suangdai, Behiang and Suangdoh apart from others.
Speaking about the coming assembly elections, he asserted that come what may the next government will be formed by the BJP party headed by N Biren, adding that he will do his best to protect the Hill Areas Committee (HAC).
In this connection, GS Haupu assured that the government will not do anything that will affect - the Constitution and that he will protect the HAC, while claiming that he even made a personal appeal to the CM to see whether what he did was constitutional and to withdraw his decision.
He promised to provide whatever is needed for the newly inaugurated PHC soon and assured to install 3 street lights, renovate the building and public toilet and improve infrastructure of the PHC from any possible sources.
