Imphal, July 02 2013: In continuation of its campaign against violation of right for women, All Manipur Women Voluntary Association (AMAWOVA) Head Office in association with its Telou Nongada Unit organised an awareness campaign under the theme of 'Manipur da Nupigi Mayokta Chat-thariba Meot-Menei amasung Wathok Kayasi Thok-tanaba gi-damak' at the Community Hall of Telou, 30th June, 2013 .

Longjam Memchoubi, President of Poirei Leimarol Meira Paibi Apunba Manipur; Yengkhom Dhake, Ex-President of Manipuri Students' Federation; RK Randhoni, General Secretary of Poirei Leimarol Meira Paibi Apunba Manipur; Yumkhaibam Kunjarani, President of Telou Development Committee; H Manbi, Advisor, AMAWOVA; L Bimolata, Advisor of PALEM and Shanti, President of Telou Nongada AMAWOVA Unit graced the programme as presidium members.

After the campaign, which had been inaugurated at MDU Hall earlier, AMAWOVA has successfully conducted the campaign in Kakching Khunou and Saiton.
