Imphal, January 02 2014: A team of Imphal Police Station led by N Madhunimai Singh, SDPO/Imphal arrested one Sanabam Rajbihari Singh (55) s/o (L) S Angou Singh of Thangmeiband Khomdram Selungba Leikai on December 31 who is said to be an associate of Wahengbam Ramananda (38) alias Luwangngamba alias Rowsow (s/s General Secretary of KCP/Lallumba) s/o (L) W Biren Singh of Kontha Ahallup Makha Leikai who was arrested in connection with an FIR lodged against him, according to a press statement issued by SP/NAB, Manipur cum PRO, Police Department, Manipur.

From the arrested person, police recovered 234 extortion demand notes of KCP (KK Nganba) signed by Rocky Meitei (Finance in Charge of KCP), four hand grenades with three detonators, one 9 mm pistol along with five live rounds of ammunition and line seal of Rocky Meitei from his residence.
