KYKL admits loss of two cadres in ambush

The proscribed Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup (KYKL) has informed that it lost two cadres during an ambush laid by Kuki narco-terrorist allegedly supported by Indian paramilitary forces on November 22 .
According to publicity and research secretary A Yaipha-ba, a combined team of KYKL's armed wing Meeyamgi Yawol Lanmee (MYL) and friendly revolutionary groups was ambushed by Kuki narco-terrorist while conducting normal duty along the Manipur-Myanmar border on November 22 .
MYL's captain Moirangthem Uttam alias Tamba (42), son of late Moirangthem Krishnamani of Pallel Mamang Leikai, Kakching district and corporal Ningthoujam Kokoba alias Mangaal (28), son of Ningthoujam Kumar and Gandhamani of Sarik Mamang Leikai, Kakching district were hit by enemy bullets in the ambush and succumbed to injuries, the KYKL statement added.
Describing both captain Tamba and corporal Mangaal as true revolutionaries who always stood for the causes of the people with dedication, the KYKL statement said the outfit lost two valued revolutionaries and the void left by the duo will be hard to fill.
The outfit also extended revolutionary honour to the two fallen revolutionaries and shared pains and grief of the bereaved families.
