Imphal, July 30 2013: As part of 'Eikhoi Lairik Ningthina Tamsi' campaign, a team of Manipuri Students Federation (MSF) along with media persons led by Vice President of MSF Thoubal District Committee, Md Farijuddin inspected the existing condition of primary and upper primary schools under Lilong Assembly Constituency today.

Informing this in a statement, the student body stated that proper government rules and guidelines were found followed and implemented in some government schools like Athoukhong Primary but in schools like Haoreibi Lairakhong LP; Haoreibi Konjin Junior Madrasa; Lilong Haoreibi Sallam Mathak Primary; Turel Ahanbi Primary; Kaleikhong Mathak LP; Khongnang Makhong LP Madrasa and Oreibi Konjil Primary, there are no students but all the provisions under Mid-Day Meal scheme and other benefits are being provided and enjoyed by the school authorities.

The student body has drawn the immediate attention of concerned ZEO and DIs for necessary action.
