4th Staff Excellency & Meritorious Award held

Imphal, January 19 2014 : Under the theme of 'Health, Peace and Development', the 4th Staff Excellency and Meritorious Award distribution programme of Japanese Hospital was held at the conference hall of JNIMS here today.

The programme was attended by MP Dr T Meinya as Chief Guest and Rajen Ayangba, president of Japanese Hospital as functional President.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Meinya said that law and police are essential for governance.

However, police who are supposed to be discipline are misusing their power and authority which is unfortunate.

He also urged the doctors and nurses to render their services skillfully and wholeheartedly to the satisfaction of the people.

Rajen Ayangba stated that Takhellambam Romita Chanu, Oinam Santa and Asem Sunita who were awarder today will be sent to Tokyo for training at free of cost and informed that some selected doctors are also sent every year.
