Kakching, July 17 2022: Liwa Changning Village Authority on Sunday felicitated North Eastern Hill University (NEHU) Shillong, Meghalaya's BA Anthropology (Honours) Examination 2019-2022 10th position holder Ru meen Ngoruh, daughter of Rungkham Ngoruh and Th Romila Monsang of Liwa Changning village, Chan-del district along with other students of the village who passed with first division marks in HSLC Examination 2022 conducted by Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) .

The programme held at the village community hall was attended by chandel SDC Mothel Saka, Liwa Changning village chief Kumar Khartu, Monsang Tribe Union president Ng Benith-an Monsang, Monsang Naga Students' Union president Ngoruh Lawrence, Monsang Officers' Association president Mobershing Khartu, Rumeen Ngoruh's parents as the presidium members.

As part of the event, Rumeen and seven other students who secured first division marks in the HSLC Exam 2022 were presented gifts while Liwachangning Baptist Church pastor Ts Morison blessed the students to achieve their goals.
